    Meeting Times and Places:  After School - on cross country course

    Length and Timing of Season:   Mid-August through early November

    Cost (if any):  $250

    Equipment required:  Sweats and running shoes 

    Description: In Cross Country you will run on a variety of surfaces, mostly trails. The workouts are adjusted based on ability. Everyone participates at every meet. This is a lifelong sport that you can enjoy.

    Our final home event of the serason will be the Section 5AA Championships on 10/24/19. Time schedule:

    Middle School Dismissal - 1:30 pm, bus to the High School at 1:45 pm

    High School Dismissal - 2:00 pm

    National Anthem - 3:07 pm

    ****Uniform turn-in will be on Monday, 10/28/19. Please have your WASHED uniform ready to be turned into the equipment room right after school.


    BANQUET is scheduled for 10/28/19 at 5:00 pm at Anoka High School. Food will be served potluck style and families can contribute the following according to student-athlete grade-level:



    The Minnesota Sate Cross-Country Championships will be on 11/2/19 at St. Olaf College. Only athletes who qualify to run at this meet (based on performances at the Section Championships) will be entered.
