    Welcome to our Classroom Website

     

    Welcome! I have been teaching ESL at Anoka High School since 2005 and am excited about this new year.  I earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from Crown College and later returned to school where I earned a second degree in ESL Education from the University of Northwestern Saint Paul. Throughout my time in college, I studied abroad in Indonesia, spent a summer teaching English in Ethiopia and Lebanon, and traveled to Mexico, France, Switzerland, and Germany. Travel continues to be one of my hobbies along with spending time with my family, reading, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. My husband and I have a daughter who is in 6th grade and a son who is in 4th grade.
